LDE Website - Order Schoolbooks Online and Be Ready for the 2010/2011 School Year 

The Parents Association is pleased to offer you a new service with our new partner LDE, a French bookseller. You can now order your child’s French school books from France with no extra shipping costs.

- the LDE website for online ordering of schoolbooks will be up and running mid-June (date to be confirmed)

 - you will be able to place your orders up until the 9th of July. The combined order will be sent directly by LDE to the Lycee and the first date on which you can collect your order is the 27th of August in the Parents Association office at the LFI in Clonskeagh. Other dates will follow.

-with regard to stationary and copybooks, you can use those which are available in Dublin, but if you prefer the French-style "seyes" stationary, you can order packs at the same time as the schoolbooks (packs of A4 21/29,7 copybooks and packs of single or double sheets of paper)

-please note that due to French government reforms the booklist for pupils in "Seconde" will only be available in September 2010. We will, therefore, organise a special order for any new books on the curriculum when the list becomes available.
 
Note concerning EUROCAMPUS Pupils: the list of schoolbooks required for the pupils of 5ème, 4ème and 3ème who are following the Junior Certificate curriculum will be published here when available. Please be sure to check your child's subject choices before buying any books. Books may be bought at our Second Book Sale on June 9th at 3pm at the LFI in Clonskeagh or in local bookshops such as Wise Owl...

How to order from the LDE website:

Please go to the website :  www.lde.fr/liste.html

- Please select your country (IRLANDE), then your town (Dublin), your school (LFI), and your child’s class
- The books’ list appears on your screen: you just have to put a mark on each book you want to order
- Then you have to click on CALCULER  to check your order: the total amount will be automatically calculated
- If everything is right you can accept your order and click on VALIDER

AT ANY MOMENT BEFORE THE PAYMENT, YOU CAN CANCEL THE PROCESS BY CLICKING ON RAZ
- Please fill out the form with all the necessary information and click on SUIVANT
- You can then finish your order and pay on our secure website: please click on CARTE BANCAIRE
- If you have several children in the secondary school, you will have to place an order per child as well as a payment per child.
