The Parents Association launches

an internet discussion forum

Dear Parents,
 
the Parents Association of the LFI is delighted to announce the launch of an internet discussion forum. This forum is aimed at LFI parents but is open to the entire school community. It can be found at  http://ape-lfi.ze-forum.com  

The purpose of the forum is to provide up to date information regarding the Parents Association's activities and projects. However, we hope it will be used as a place where parents can interact with each other. You can share ideas and information on various topics of interest, such as school life, parenting, bilingualism, living in Dublin, children's nutrition...whatever you want to talk about. You can also use it to post small ads, recommend an au-pair agency or a restaurant, look for a recommendation for a hotel in Paris, find someone to car-pool with etc.
 
The forum is public and anyone can read it. However, in order to post on the forum you will need to log in, which can be easily done by clicking on Log In and following the instructions.
 
At the moment there are three APE members acting as administrators of the site. They will regularly monitor the posts on the forum but are not responsible for the content posted by other users. Please read the section entitled 'How to use the forum' for more information on the role of moderators.

We hope you will find the forum useful! Remember it will only be effective if people use it!
